We are a community of people who are committed to walking with Jesus, loving God and serving Him together in the power of the Holy Spirit.
We invite you to join us for worship at 10.30am on Sunday mornings.
* To grow in the knowledge, understanding and love of God and His Word, to experience the life and freedom of His Spirit, and to become more like Jesus.
* To be a family: loving, accepting, supporting, encouraging, challenging, forgiving and praying for each other.
* To reach out to the Greenhill Community and beyond with the message of love, hope and salvation in Jesus. Giving everyone the opportunity to receive Him, making sure that all feel welcomed, accepted and valued - whether they follow Jesus or not.
We try to live our lives like Jesus.
We believe that God sent His Son Jesus to save us and He is alive and relevant today as He has always been. We aim to display the love, forgiveness and grace of Jesus in our lives, our church and in the community. We seek to understand what God is saying to us through His Word in the Bible, His Spirit, prayer and through our daily lives together.
We aim to be Biblical, relevant and challenging.
We try to make sure everything about our church reflects our relationship with Jesus and is in line with the Bible’s teaching. The format of our activities is modern and engaging. At every Sunday morning service there is a time of worship and giving thanks for God’s answer to prayers. This is followed by a talk based on the Bible to help us in our daily walk with Jesus. Our weekly small groups are open to all and they provide an opportunity to explore what the Bible teaches in a supportive and encouraging environment In these ways we see how Jesus and His teaching are challenging as well as relevant to our culture and community.
Support and encouragement.
Our church is a place where you will find a warm welcome and a caring and supportive community. The church family is a mixture of young and old, male and female. Like all families, we have our differences, but we are united in Christ, and seek to build open and authentic relationships through which we can support one another, especially in the more trying times in our lives.
Our address is: Charnborough Road, Coalville, Leicestershire.
